Diagnosis
In the 45-minute session, we will pinpoint your primary constraint (Offer, Messaging, Avatar, or Team) and map out the first 90 days of your solution.
Compass Method OS Seat:
Once the session ends, if we both agree that there is more opportunity for growth, then we will extend the opportunity to purchase one of the 12 seats in COMPASS Method OS for 2026.
